A candidate pastes the invitation email; the decoder removes personal details before analysis, checks the text against 14 known test providers and platforms, and suggests the likely test, the format and the typical duration, together with a preparation plan linked to free practice tests. The platform offers 12 aptitude and reasoning practice modules with free worked examples and selected guest previews. Timed numerical, verbal and critical thinking practice requires sign-in; access and preview limits vary by test. AI interview practice is free to start and gives written feedback scored on six criteria. A catalogue of 105 practice modules adds occupational simulators, professional certification preparation, licence-exam practice and courses.
