Theory
**y = mx + b**
- m = slope (rate of change)
- b = y-intercept (starting value)
**To graph:** Plot b on y-axis, then use slope to find more points.
**To write equation:** Find slope m and y-intercept b from table, graph, or two points.

Solution: y = 3x - 2
