These Terms of Service govern your use of Job Tests Portal. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Job Tests Portal provides practice tests, educational courses, interview preparation tools, analytics, and related digital learning services. Some features are free, some require registration, and some require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it reasonably current.

3. Educational Use and No Guarantee of Outcomes

The platform is an independent preparation and training service. It is not a hiring agency, university, certifying body, employer, government agency, or official test administrator unless a specific page expressly says otherwise. Practice content, analytics, and AI features are educational tools only and are not promises of exam results, employment, admission, or certification.

4. Third-Party Exams, Brands, and References

Some pages refer to third-party exams, certifications, curricula, or trademarks to describe the type of preparation offered. Those marks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless we expressly say otherwise, references are descriptive only and do not mean endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, accreditation, or approval by the third-party owner.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.
• Eligible first-time subscribers may be offered a one-day free trial. If a trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan selected at checkout.
• Billing is processed through Stripe or our designated payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Current plan details, pricing, and billing interval are the ones shown at checkout and in your billing area.

6. Cancellation and Billing Management

You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Account → Billing, which opens our hosted billing management flow. If you cancel, the cancellation applies to future renewal charges. Unless we state otherwise, you keep access through the end of the current paid period or trial already in progress. If you cannot access your account, contact support at info@jobtestsportal.com.

7. Refunds and Charge Issues

Our detailed billing treatment is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unless required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, charges for an already-started paid billing period are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, scraping or copying protected content at scale, sharing paid access in violation of your plan, using the service for unlawful purposes, or uploading material that infringes others' rights.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform, software, site design, question banks, course materials, analytics displays, and original content are owned by Job Tests Portal or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that your scores, predictions, or study results will match real-world assessments or outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Tests Portal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
