Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation, trials, renewals, and refund requests are handled for Job Tests Portal.
1. Trials
Eligible first-time subscribers may be offered a one-day free trial at checkout. If that offer is shown to you and you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the following paid period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription starts automatically.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel an active subscription from Account → Billing. That flow opens our hosted billing management page. If you cannot access your account, contact info@jobtestsportal.com from the email address associated with your account.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless we tell you otherwise at checkout, you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period or trial already in progress. Canceling does not retroactively reverse a charge that has already been processed.
4. Refund Position
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific promotional offer, subscription charges for a paid period that has already started are generally non-refundable. This includes cases where you forget to cancel before renewal or decide not to continue using the service after a paid period begins.
5. When We Will Review a Refund Request
We will review refund requests in good faith where there appears to be a duplicate charge, a clearly unauthorized charge, or a material technical problem that prevented access after payment. A review does not guarantee a refund.
6. How to Request Help
Email info@jobtestsportal.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and a short description of the issue. If the charge was processed by Stripe, include any receipt or invoice reference you received.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
