Job Tests Portal Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Job Tests Portal app and service can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1. Delete your account from the mobile app

  • Open the Job Tests Portal mobile app.
  • Go to Profile > Settings.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm the deletion prompt to submit the request.

2. If you cannot access the mobile app

  • Sign in to the website and visit the Data Request page to download your data, clear your test history, or start an account-deletion request.
  • Or email info@jobtestsportal.com from the email address linked to your account.
  • Use a subject such as Account Deletion Request.
  • Include the account email address and state that you want your Job Tests Portal account deleted.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request.

3. Data deleted from Job Tests Portal systems

  • Account profile information and login identifiers linked to your account.
  • Saved test results, personality history, learning progress, preferences, and similar training records linked to your account.
  • Saved resumes, cover letters, career plans, interview sessions, favorites, bundles, and other user-created records linked to your account in our application database.
  • Subscription, entitlement, and purchase records linked to your account in our application database.

4. Data that may be retained or handled separately

  • We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • External app stores, payment processors, and subscription providers may retain their own transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance records under their own policies.
  • If we are required to keep limited information to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms, we retain only the minimum information needed for that purpose.

5. Retention after deletion

When a valid deletion request is processed, the user-linked account records described above are removed from the application data we actively use to operate the service. If limited information must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons, it is kept only for the period required for that obligation and then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
